Auxiliary functions and events

• Each year in the fall the Auxiliary volunteers sponsor a Wine Tasting and Silent Auction. Tickets are sold for a minimal fee to attend this Friday evening event that raises funds for a project the Auxiliary is sponsoring. More than 100 silent auction items are available for viewing and biddin, and more than 40 wines from six countries are available for tasting!
  
  
• The Auxiliary volunteers also sponsor a Light of Love Tree at Christmas time and lights on the tree are sold for a variety of prices to honor or memorialize a loved one. The tree lighting takes place in the first week of December to start the holiday season at the hospital.
  
  
• The Gift Shoppe is the primary fundraiser of the Auxiliary. It is located in the lobby of the hospital and is open seven days per week. On week days the store is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. for the convenience of our visitors and staff.
  
  
• The Merci Boutique is our "nearly-new" shop and is located in the atrium of the doctor's center. Donations come from volunteers, hospital staff and area consignment shops. Proceeds from this shop go to the Auxiliary Scholarship which is $50,000 given each year to qualified applicants within the hospital family for pursuing a healthcare-related education.
  
  
• Each month the Auxiliary sponsors a vendor sale in the atrium of the doctor's center. These sales might be art, linens, fine jewelry, costume jewelry, staff uniforms or books. All proceeds go to the Auxiliary’s pledge to the hospital.
